$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libstar-parser-perl 

libstar-parser-perl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libstar-parser-perl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libstar-parser-perl *

You will get with libstar-parser-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
